Why should I buy from PupperHaus?
This is great question, and honestly it’s an easy one for us to answer.
We are a group of dog lovers who are always on the lookout for great products that we think can enhance our dogs (and our own) lives. We thoroughly test them in our own homes, with our own pets. We know how much you care about your dogs because we feel that same way about our own. So, we test and critique all sorts of products for our dogs so that you don’t have to.
Ultimately, we ask ourselves “would I buy this?” And we only put products up on our website that get an emphatic “Yes!” answer to that question. We are not interested in sharing the most products with you; we are interested in sharing the best products for you and your dog(s).
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders over $50.00 shipping is free. For orders less than $50.00 shipping is a flat rate of $8.95. View our shipping page for more information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We’ll ship your order within three business days of receiving the order, so watch for an email with tracking information. Please allow 3-10 business days for domestic orders to arrive once it has shipped. If you have questions about an existing order, please contact us at info@pupperhaus.com.
What if I have an issue with a product?
We want you happy with the product that you have bought from us. If you are not, please contact us and we will be happy to address your issues.
What if I need a return and refund?
If you need a return and refund, any items that have been purchased in the last 30 days, are in the original packaging (including tags), and are in “new” condition are eligible for a full refund. For more information on how to request a return/exchange please view our Returns and Refunds page.
